On early morning of May 1st 1995 twins were born - Hanibal and Hogar Altobello. What made a distinction from all the puppies born until then was that these were first brown puppies born in Altobello. They were extremely big for newborns, Hogar was 760 gr and Hanibal 740 gr. Already first day it was obvious they were going to be extraordinary dogs. Both became Young Champions of Yugoslavia at the age of 10 months. Hogar's owner moves to Germany, he takes the dog with him and from then we lose every contact with him. Hanibal stays in the home of Altobello kennel where he is training hard for shows in Open class. What was interesting related to this dog was that at the age of 24 months he had a diameter of chest of amazing 110 cm. And just when many breeders started taking interest in him and when ahead him was grand career a great tragedy happened, when somebody poisoned dogs in the kennel. Among these dogs was also Hanibal, only 2 years old. He will forever live in our hearts. When we listed pages in Altobello album we also wanted to share this memory of Hanibal with you...
